Hello and welcome to my
website! My name is Danielle Sano, and this is my sixth year teaching
first grade at Barclay Brook Elementary School. I am very fortunate to be
teaching in such an amazing school district. One of the main reasons
for creating my website is to communicate with my students and
parents. I feel that teamwork
between the parents and teacher is a key component to a
successful year.
I have always had a
passion for teaching and I am very lucky to be a first grade teacher. I
love the challenges first grade brings and love seeing the growth in all my
students. I find that teaching first grade is very rewarding because I get
to see amazing growth academically and socially.
Teaching has always
been very important to me and I believe that it is my job to motivate and to
inspire my students so they can be their best. I have very high
expectations for my students as well as myself and I expect them to try their
very best every day. It is my job to instill the love of learning in each
of my students. I believe that all children CAN and WILL be
successful learners. I want the children in my classroom to enjoy coming to
school each day and look forward to the many new and exciting adventures that we
will face throughout the year. I want them to know that we
will work together to beat any new obstacles that they may face.
My classroom is a
nurturing environment filled with love, respect, trust, and lots of fun. I want
my students to leave my class at the end of the year with confidence,
friendships and the love to learn. Together we will all share many great
memories and I hope my students will always be able to look back at this
experience with positive recollections. I truly love what I do and look forward
to going to work every day because of the wonderful children I have worked with.
I really hope you find
my site useful. If you would like to learn more about me you can

If you have any
questions or comments, please send me an email or a note.
I am looking forward to
a fantastic year!
